Here at Rhopoint, we have partnered with Cissoid and NVE to bring our customers a range of semiconductors suited to a vast range of applications and industries.

Our range of Cissoid semiconductors deliver solutions for a number of key factors such as:

• Efficient power conversion
• Compact motor drives
• High voltage gate drivers for SiC & GaN transistors
• Power Modules featuring low inductances and enhanced thermal performance

Primarily focused on the Automotive Market, our Cissoid semiconductors are Automotive grade components rated at 175°C in excess of the AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualification standard.

We are also able to offer parts for the Aviation, Industrial and the Oil & Gas Markets. As well as this our semiconductor range also provides solutions for harsh environment signal conditioning, motor control, timing and power supplies.

All Cissoid products are available in high-temperature packages. Almost all our products are also available as bare die.

NVE’s Power IC voltage regulators are designed for high temperature, low-current applications. They are available in 3.3V and 5V outputs. These rugged regulators are rated to 170°C, can tolerate up to 36V input, and have reverse-voltage protection. A 2.5mm x 2.5mm TDFN6 package provides a small footprint, and an exposed lead frame provides low thermal resistance.
