The RGA2012 of high temperature thin film chip resistors series from Susumu offer the designer an enhanced level of precision, reliability and expands on the original RG series by offering a maximum operating temperature of up to 230°C in a 0805 chip size. The RGA2012 series has a double layer of passivation to eliminate water ingress to the thin film element and has resistance values that range from 10Ω to 1MΩ. Tolerances options available are ±0.1% (B) and ±0.5% (D) and TCR values of ±10 ppm/°C (N) and ±25 ppm/°C (P). This resistor is AEC-Q200 compliant and is considered suitable for automotive and downhole applications.
